WALT: Write 110 words in 10 minutes.

I enjoy writing 110 words because it helps me become better at writing.

One day in a small neighborhood there lived a boy named kleo. You're going to spend the week at your grandma's house. So get packing! Kleos' mom said with no stutter or slight mumble.. Ohhhh.. Okay, kleo said while packing his things..

They drove to his grandma's house that just lived right down the road. Welp, here we are. Said Kleos mom. Ooohhhh whats the time mom? 4:15 said his grandma who was standing right outside the front door. Ahhh Kleo sighed while looking at the mailbox which happened to be right where his grandma was standing..

Have a nice week Kleo's mom said while looking at him through the driver's mirror... Okayyy I guess I'll just stand outside.. Kleo replied. Kleo looked at the front door but didn't see his grandma. He tilted his head and saw a slight glimpse of his grandma's face. 

Kleo opened the door and stood outside. Come on in kleo! Kleos' mom drove off.. Kleo thought for a second and started walking inside.. Good to see you smiling, his grandma said. Kleo thought to himself.. I'm getting out of here tonight.. Your room is downstairs when you need it Kleos grandma said. DoWnStAiRs?? Kleo thought to himself. 

What to do in an emergency

 Walt: Write our experience during practice lockdown

In a lockdown, you would usually hear the bell go for a long time. This means find a close class that you could enter that's close to where you are. For e.g If I was on the playground, I would go to a classroom near me. That includes room 1 or 2.

During a fire drill, you would have to evacuate the classroom straight away. Don't run or sprint just be calm and walk outside with your teacher. If you run you could possibly trip someone over or you might not know where to go.

When or if you're in any of these problems you would have to follow these rules if you want to stay safe. Just be calm and follow these steps. These are simple ways to make your way out or in a emergency.

We were learning about being cyber smart online.

I found it easy to come up with an info-graphic poster.

I found it hard to come up with a title.

I really enjoyed putting most of my own ideas into my info-graphic poster.

Next time I need to make my info-graphic poster a bit more detailed.

Build a blog comment

 WALT: write what is a quality blog comment means to me

For this task, I have been working on three squares to make up a quality blog comment.

What I found challenging was trying to figure out what I could add to make my sentence make sense.

What I found easy for this task, was writing up my greeting.  

I really enjoyed this task because it helps me make a decent blog comment.

Next time I need to practice and add more to my question.

WALT: Solve Fraction Word Problems

So for this task, we basically had 5 slides with each giving us Fraction word problems.

Matariki and the Northern lights

This is my Matariki / Northern lights art. I had to rip out hard surface paper and tried my best to make it look like mountains. after that, I used white paint and continuously flicked it onto my art sheet to look like stars. and then I used pastel to rub upwards to make a smooth colour outlined with the mountains. This is mine.

 

Bees population decreasing

      BEES DECLINING                           

Bees are dying every day because pesticides are infecting the plants and the nectar the bee’s survive on and that threatens the bees and plants itself. if bees die than that can leave many flowers to die and the bees won't pollinate the flowers that are in loss of nectar.

Bees are now dying and there are only a couple ways it can stop is by planting clovers and helping your local bee company. The biggest effect it causes is earth. When bees decline this shows that there are not enough nectar. and actual culture is overpopulating

Bees help pollinate the flowers and we won't want them to die out so planting more will help the bees cut weeds around your plants so you won't let your plant get contaminated. The main reasons for global bees-decline are industrial agriculture

People grow plants and the plant can get infected by pests so when bees pollinate them they will soon die because its an infected plant bee’s numbers are declining every day and if more die it affects our planet and to stop this grow more into your garden.
